Most tools start with a deal and hope to find the property. MHC Database starts with the community. We work toward the U.S. manufactured housing universe first, then attach every sale, refinancing, and development event to the community it belongs to.
We aim for every community
We are building toward the full universe of U.S. manufactured housing communities, then attaching deals to each property. The goal is a census you filter, not a feed you chase. We cannot promise every community yet, and we mark what we do not have honestly rather than guess.

Assessor rolls, recorder deeds, and disclosed filings. Every transaction carries its public-record source and document id, so you can pull the original record and check it yourself.
